SUPPORTING THE FASHION INDUSTRY ONE CASE AT A TIME
The Competition
The Mission
Fashion Spectrum is a multidisciplinary academic management competition around the fashion industry. It is the result of the collaboration of 7 university management faculties in Canada: Desautels (McGill), ESG (UQAM), HEC Montréal and John Molson (Concordia), Université de Laval, Université de Sherbrooke and UOttawa.

The participating teams will have to solve real cases written by the partner companies. Our participants will be guided by mentors during the 2 months preceding the competition, in order to prepare them. A panel of judges will be present to give an expert opinion on the performance of the teams and to elect the big winners.
Cocktails will also be organized to forge links and fully experience the event.
WORKING IN CLOSE COLLABORATION
Why Participate?
You will have the opportunity to interact with professionals in the field while allowing you to discover a privileged angle of the industry in a practical context.

It's an experience to challenge your knowledge, but also a chance to learn and develop your skills. Our competition exposes companies to the creative elite from more than ten different management specializations (finance, logistics, marketing, and more).
Moreover, recognized as the third pole of fashion and design in North America, fashion represents a key industry for Montreal as well as for Quebec.

In Greater Montreal, there are nearly 10,000 graduates of college and university programs related to fashion and management. The fashion sector offers a promising future for students. Fashion Spectrum integrates this succession into the Quebec fashion industry with 82,540 jobs in more than 1,800 companies according to Mode.
